The hotel is perfectly situated in the center of Rome, extremely close to Termini Station, making it very central. The rooms are spacious and modern, providing great comfort. The service was efficient and attentive, offering a paid shuttle service.

The service, however, lacked attention to reservations, and the paid shuttle service was a downside. The dining experience was satisfactory with good traditional meals available. The facilities were great overall, offering a range of amenities for guests.
The hotel is conveniently located near Termini station, making it easy to access different areas of the city. The service was a bit lackluster as my reservation wasn't taken seriously.
